Thinking about trying to get pregnant sometime in the next year?

These aren’t just numbers - they’re messengers. Interpreted correctly, they tell you where to support, nourish, and rebalance.


3. Nourish with Intention, Not Restriction

Your hormones are fueled by minerals, fats, and micronutrients. They thrive with:

  • Colorful produce

  • Omega-3s and quality fats

  • B vitamins and iron

  • Protein at every meal

This isn’t about dieting. It’s about building what your body will soon give away — to a baby, yes, but first to you.


4. Support Detox & Reduce Disruptors

Hormones rely on clear detox pathways. When your body’s overwhelmed with toxins, it can’t regulate well.

Watch for:

  • Fragrance in skincare and cleaning products

  • Plastics in food storage

  • Flame retardants and pesticides

Replace one product at a time. Your body notices — even if slowly.


5. Invite Regulation, Not Control

Balance doesn’t come from forcing your body into submission. It comes from listening.

  • Prioritize 7–9 hours of sleep

  • Move daily — gently or joyfully

  • Breathe before you scroll

  • Find rhythms that calm your system

Because stress is not just a feeling. It’s a chemical disruptor.
