Not sure if I can help with your specific concern? Book a discovery call and let’s chat.
Yes! I offer a 10-minute Health Discovery Call to explore your health goals and see if we’re a good fit. This call is for women in Ontario who are ready to take the next step in their health journey.
Please note: We won’t dive into specific health concerns during this call—that happens in the full assessment.
In your initial visit, we’ll dive deep into your health history, current concerns, and goals. From there, I’ll create a personalized treatment plan that may include lab testing, nutrition, supplements, and lifestyle changes.
The length of treatment depends on your individual needs, but most women feel they’re on the right track within 3-5 visits.
The initial consultation is up to 60 minutes and costs $350.
Follow-up visits range from 15 to 45 minutes, with fees between $87.50 and $300, depending on the duration.
Blood Work costs vary based on what we’re investigating but typically range from $10-$40 per test, plus a lab fee. We always discuss costs before moving ahead, so there are no surprises.
Many private insurance plans cover naturopathic visits and testing—check with your provider for details.

If paying out of pocket, your requisition will be uploaded to your private patient portal. You can print out that requisition or, You won’t pay them directly—they’ll bill me, and I’ll handle payment on your account. If your family doctor orders labs, just send me the results and I’ll add them to your file.
