6. Prices appear in CAD unless noted otherwise. We process payment securely at purchase time. You confirm payment authority.
7. Some services bill on a subscription basis. You agree to recurring charges as described at checkout.
8. We may adjust prices; new prices apply only to purchases after the change.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
1. Digital programs: Payments are non-refundable
2. Live coaching or scheduled services: If partially delivered, we may prorate refunds based on services rendered. Contact support promptly if issues arise.
3. One-on-one services: Payments are non-refundable once sessions are booked or delivered.
4. Lab requisitions: Non-refundable once sent to the lab. Lab kits: Refundable within 30 days only if unopened or returned as specified; refund applies once we receive the kit.
5. Supplement orders via affiliate platforms (e.g., Fullscript): Handle refunds directly with that platform; we are not responsible for those purchases.
Affiliate Disclosure and Third-Party Links
1. The Site or program materials may include affiliate links. If you purchase through these links, we may earn a commission at no extra cost.
2. We review third-party recommendations but do not control third-party content. Use at your own discretion.
3. References or links to other programs, products, or services do not equal endorsement. You assume all risk; we are not liable for third-party offerings.
Indemnification
